1. About ELIO
ELIO is a business software service operated by LEBROM TRADING & SERVICES SRL (“Lebrom”, “we”, “us”). ELIO provides AI-assisted tools and workflows for business email, documents, customer communication and routine operations. These Terms apply to business customers using ELIO.
2. Orders and access
Your subscription starts when payment is confirmed or on the activation date stated in your order. Access is limited to the company, users and connected services covered by the selected plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of instructions, account permissions and information supplied to ELIO.
3. Prices, tax and billing
Public prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and include a one-time €100 configuration and onboarding fee. Annual subscriptions are billed in full in advance, receive a 20% discount and include configuration and onboarding at no additional charge.
For Romanian customers, invoices may be denominated in EUR and paid in RON using the BNR exchange rate applicable on the payment date plus 1%, as stated on the invoice. VAT is added where required. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund an already paid period. The first purchase is covered by the separate 30-day refund policy.
5. AI-assisted work and approvals
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers must review material decisions, financial documents, legal content and external communications. ELIO may provide approval controls, but the customer remains responsible for authorising actions and for the final use of any output.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use ELIO for unlawful activity, fraud, harmful content, unauthorised access, spam or infringement of another person’s rights. We may suspend access where necessary to protect customers, connected services or the platform.
7. Customer data
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that data and provide ELIO. The handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep ELIO available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Features, limits and integrations may change as the service develops. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated reasonably in advance.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ELIO is provided without guarantees of a particular commercial result. Lebrom is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit or decisions made without appropriate human review. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the customer during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
