Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

LEBROM TRADING & SERVICES SRL is the controller of personal data collected through meet-elio.com and the ELIO service. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@meet-elio.com.

2. Data we process

We may process business contact information, account and user details, subscription and invoice information, support communications, usage records, technical logs and the content a customer chooses to process through enabled ELIO workflows. Information submitted through the onboarding form includes company and contact details, the selected plan, workflow preferences, working languages and customer-provided setup notes.

3. Why we process data

We process data to provide and secure ELIO, manage subscriptions and billing, support customers, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations and communicate about the service. Our legal bases include performance of a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests and consent where required.

4. Connected services and processors

Depending on the features enabled by the customer, ELIO may use service providers for hosting, AI processing, payments, email, messaging, productivity tools, analytics and support. These may include Stripe, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and Meta (WhatsApp). We share only the data reasonably required for the selected service and use contractual safeguards where required.

5. Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe. ELIO and Lebrom do not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms and applicable financial regulations.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another recognised transfer safeguard.

7. Retention

We retain account and service data for the duration of the customer relationship and for a reasonable period afterward. Financial and contractual records are retained for the period required by Romanian law. Retention may be shortened or extended where necessary for security, disputes or legal compliance.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority.

9. Security

We use access controls, secure transport, authentication, logging and other organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Updates

We may update this policy as ELIO develops or legal requirements change. The latest version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
